About Us
Red Hound Software, Inc. was founded in February 2011 by Carl Wallace. We are a Virginia corporation.
Carl has over 20 years of experience working to secure information systems. This experience includes application development, security testing, interoperability testing, standardization and auditing. They’ve worked on Open Source, commercial and research projects over the years. Most recently, they developed the PKI Framework (PKIF) library along with a large number of applications that used the library to test security, validate interoperability and integrate PKI technology into applications.
